7. Shipping Policy
We only ship within Switzerland.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping providers: Swiss Post and DPD.
Customers will receive tracking information for all shipments.
We offer fast and secure shipping throughout Switzerland.

Standard Shipping: CHF 8.00
Free Shipping: Orders over CHF 200.00 qualify for free delivery.
8. Replacement Policy
Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost for defective products or order issues.
9. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order.
The shop fully covers return shipping costs for defective items.
For standard returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are fully covered by Baecco.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for personalized items.
For standard items, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
We value your privacy and use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data.
Only essential customer data (name, address, and payment details) is collected.
Additional information, such as browsing history, may be collected for marketing purposes with consent.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the canton of Basel.
16. Promotions
Promotions are valid for 5-15 days.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
17. Resellers
Products are available to all customers within Switzerland.
Resellers must agree to separate terms and conditions.
Partnerships are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
