5. How to Initiate a Return

Receive Authorization: We will provide return instructions and a return authorization code.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items and send them to the provided return address using the return label we provide.
Refund/Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process the refund or send the replacement.
