Shipping, Returns, and Terms – Switzerland

1. Shipping & Delivery in Switzerland

We offer fast and secure shipping throughout Switzerland.

A. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

• Standard Shipping: CHF 8.00
• Free Shipping: Orders over CHF 200.00 qualify for free delivery.

B. Delivery Time & Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery time within Switzerland is 1-2 business days after dispatch.
• Deliveries are made via Swiss Post or DPD, with tracking information provided.

C. Delivery Conditions

• We only deliver within Switzerland.
• Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
• If an order is lost or delayed due to the courier service, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your parcel.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

A. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.

B. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, we will fully cover the return shipping costs within Switzerland.

C. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
• If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the items according to our return policy.

4. Warranty & Liability

• All products come with a two (2) year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• If a product is unavailable for replacement, we will offer a full refund.
• Baecco is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper handling of products.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Swiss law.
• Any disputes will be handled in the canton of Basel.
